Our Vision

Discover the five ideas at the heart of UK Virtual School.

#BE DIFFERENT

We want students to feel they can be different and unique—and that this is something to celebrate. We embrace differences and diversity as part of our norm.

#ALLOW FLEXIBILITY

We do not tie parents in for the full year. Families can enrol with as little as one month's commitment, keeping education flexible around real life.

#LOVE LEARNING

Instead of relying on marked homework, we nurture a growth mindset. We want students to develop a genuine love of learning—not learn simply because it is expected.

#BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS

Our classes have a maximum of 10 students—large enough to feel social, yet small enough for every learner to be seen, supported and included.

#CREATE BALANCE

We learn for three weeks at a time, followed by at least one week of holiday. This reduces screen fatigue and gives students, teachers and families room to reset.
